What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is an effective tool to release stress & anxiety, reduce the risk of burnout, promote healing, boost performance & increase productivity. Used in the right way, it offers a highly effective & powerful approach to enhance & transform your state of mind & body.

It is an energetic experience that will help you release stress & clear out any stuck energy, by accessing the sympathetic nervous system.

The condition of our breath mirrors the state of our inner world. When we are stressed or irritated our breath becomes short, unsteady & sometimes we even hold our breath. When our breath flows smoothly & calmly so does our view of life. ​

The condition of our breath mirrors the state of our inner world.

As well as our brain, our bodies can also store memories and emotions, and we do so mainly subconsciously. Neuroscience shows that most of our decisions, actions, emotions and behavior depend on the 95% of brain activity that lies beyond conscious awareness. A trauma, big or small, can be imprinted on our muscles and our nervous system and if we do not learn to let go, it might become visible in other areas of our life. It can show up as stress, anxiety, aggression, sadness, depression, grasping, aversion, numbness, agitation, guilt, doubt, superstition. ​

The styles of Breathwork I work with uses a circular breath technique where we breathe into our sympathetic nervous system, which enables us to tap into the subconscious, creating possibilities for the release of energetic blockages and create space for an emotional detox of your body, mind and soul.

You will be guided through a breathing pattern, to carefully curated music, enabling you to dive deep into your body and clear out stagnant energy, limiting beliefs and release emotional blockages or old patterns within. ​

Available Breathwork Sessions

Private 1:1 Breathwork

1 : 1 sessions are facilitated in private. The session begins with an introduction to breathwork if it's your first time. You will then be guided through a powerful and life-changing breathing practice and meditation to music where you’ll be able to release and experience energetic shifts that will leave you feeling lighter and with an overall sense of wellbeing.

Group Breathwork

A group setting provides a unique opportunity to co-regulate our energies creating a collaborative safe space, where everyone feels fully supported & at ease. You will be guided through a breathing pattern, to carefully curated music, enabling you to dive deep into your body & clear out stagnant energy, limiting beliefs & release emotional blockages or old patterns within. You will leave feeling lighter, relaxed & grounded

Bespoke Breathwork Workshop

As a Certified Coach, Energy Specialist I see many clients have a need to go beyond mental cognition into somatic experiencing. Combing these skills with Breathwork Facilitation has inspired me to create bespoke experiences that respond to specific needs. As such I am open to co create a powerfully aligned holistic experience for physical, emotional & mental health.
