There isn’t enough space on this page for me to fully explain how much Christina has helped me. After each session, I feel happier, lighter and so much more powerful. And I love that Christina doesn’t leave your hand in between sessions; she sends you voice messages, links to interesting videos, and quotes which all helps to keep you going. The coaching sessions with Christina have been truly life-changing. I have changed as a person. I now understand who I am at, my core. I no longer feel lost. I have seen a couple of therapists before and for me personally, I always come out still feeling low, no tools or advice on how to move forward and that’s where I found Christina so refreshing! From my first consultation I felt energised and motivated to get my life on track and knowing she was there to support me.

She is sharp in picking up thoughts and feelings and helped me to accept them and then work on a plan on how to tackle them to go towards my personal goals. Yes, Christina provides life coaching but she teaches ways for you to become your own inbuilt life coach. If you want traction and don’t want to just talk about and dwell on problems then I really recommend partnering with Christina!

I have always battled with self esteem issues, mainly around my weight dieting. Working with Christina has helped me realize how much my negative self talk was driving my comfort eating! She has supported me in actively practicing ways to feel my feelings, instead of pushes them down & feeding them! After a few weeks of sessions I started to feel so much more positive, decisive and reassured that I was not alone in my thoughts and feelings. Christina has been a massive help to me, especially when I’ve been in my “stinking thinking” thought loops and feeling like I can’t see the woods for the trees! She has helped me understand my triggers and how to deal with them, she challenges me to really look deep within myself, align with my values and hold myself accountable, pulling out the confident strong person that’s already within me and be totally badass again! I’ve learned that it’s an everyday practice. Christina has helped me identify patterns and helped me use tools to retrain my brain to think from a place of hope and positivity rather than fear and negativity! Christina has been my cheerleader & challenger simultaneously! She makes difficult conversations easy to navigate by creating a safe space where you know she has your back! The Energy & Self Sabotage Assessments she uses are incredibly insightful & helpful. It’s tangible how much she cares about going through the process with people, & about you as her client. Christina’s energy and ability to focus directly on your area of concern in a way that matches your energy and ability to receive coaching is remarkable. She can read your personality and where you are at in regards to your capability to receive and act on her coaching in a way that will move you forward without you realizing you are working hard to achieve your goals.

I had a discovery session with Christina yesterday and I found it to be so enlightening and extremely worthwhile.
